How Kinghour works
A new king every hour. The biggest net buyer of the hour takes the creator fees. Dump early, lose the crown. Built on Solana.
Overview
Every coin starts on a bonding curve: a contract that quotes a price for any amount, so there is always someone to trade with. When the curve sells through, liquidity migrates to the DEX and the coin graduates.
Launching a coin
- Connect a wallet and sign the sign-in message (no transaction, no fee).
- Fill in name, ticker, image and optional socials on the Launch page.
- Approve one transaction. It creates the mint and, if you chose one, makes your first buy.
Name, ticker and image are written to IPFS and cannot be changed later.
The bonding curve
Price rises as supply is bought and falls as it is sold. Progress on a coin page shows how much of the curve has sold.
Trading
Buys are quoted in SOL, sells in tokens. Slippage protects you if the price moves between quote and confirmation. Transactions are rebroadcast until they land or expire, so a slow network never double-charges you.
Fees
- Launching: network fees only.
- Trading: a small fee per trade, part of which goes to the coin's creator.
API
The web app exposes thin JSON routes you can call from scripts or bots once signed in:
POST /api/auth/nonce { address } → { message }
POST /api/auth/verify { address, message, signature }
POST /api/pump/buy { mint, sol, slippage? } → unsigned tx
POST /api/pump/sell { mint, rawAmount } → unsigned tx
POST /api/pump/send { signedTransaction, lastValidBlockHeight }
